Reservations are guaranteed only for the specific number of guests reserved, including children . Overcrowding of rooms with additional occupants is subject to cancelation of reservation without refund.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Office must be notified in advance of any arrivals after 7 p.m. Rooms not checked in by 9:00 p.m. on scheduled date of arrival are considered a “No Show” and are subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.

All reservations require a deposit within 10 days of booking.
We require a deposit of $150.00 for Standard Room reservations and $500.00 deposit on Housekeeping Units. Deposit applies to the last scheduled day of the reservation. There are no refunds on deposits unless a cancellation notice is made in advance of scheduled arrival (2 weeks for Standard Rooms, 4 weeks for Housekeeping Units); and when the accommodations are re-rented with no loss of income to the Flamingo Resort. The reservation balance will be paid on arrival. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. No personal checks accepted on arrival. There will be a 20% service charge on all reservation refunds, including deposits.

We provide dishes, cooking utensils, toasters, coffee maker, microwave, linens and blankets in our housekeeping units.

Beach and Pool towels not provided; Please bring your own.

Maid service provided to Standard Rooms only. Service available to Housekeeping Units at an additional charge (Kitchens not included.)

Though housekeeping units are not usually provided towels, as a courtesy to our guests, we provide one set of room towels per person, which we will exchange free of charge Monday, Wednesday and Friday if needed.
